Austin Moon
Owner of BallroomU, Austin has 30 years of ballroom dance experience as well as multiple Top Teacher Awards that he has gathered along the way. Austin is not just an experienced teacher but an experienced competitor as well with various accolades proving so. Austin’s goofy and motivated personality will give even the shyest of students the comfort to come out of their shells and bring their all to the dance floor.
Allison Lenore
Allison is a passionate and accomplished ballroom dancer specializing in American Smooth & American Rhythm. With over 19 years of experience, she has built a reputation for her technical precision, dynamic performances, and commitment to excellence on and off the dance floor. She is a dedicated instructor and coach, helping both students and instructors of all levels achieve their dance goals. With a career built on discipline, artistry, and a deep love for ballroom dance, Allison remains dedicated to pushing boundaries, sharing knowledge, and inspiring others through movement.
Jonathan Roberts
As our newest instructor, Jonathan brings energy, humor, and a passion for dancing to every lesson! With an outgoing personality and a knack for making people feel comfortable, he helps students feel at ease from their very first lesson. His lighthearted approach helps students build confidence and enjoy every step of their dance journey!

BallroomU is looking for open and friendly individuals. Experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We work with experienced teachers, and we will also train new teachers.
